The Cut Ring gasket is a first of its kind for the VG30. Made of a steel core composite with billet serrated drop in hoops, this gasket gives you a huge increase in not only sealing the cylinders but also mechanically locating the head to the cylinder bore for increased cylinder seal.
The solid adjustable tensioner is a required upgrade when you are updating your cams & valve springs. With added belt tension needed to prevent the belt from slipping the factory tensioner can not maintain proper line pressure/control during hard use. Our Solid adjustable tensioner sets the tension and doesn't allow for belt flutter or slippage. The optic sensor in the factory CAS is affected greatly by the frequency the timing belt gives off during operation if not kept in control. Our tensioner solves all the problems in one installation.
Our Gen 1 camshafts are built off your factory core camshafts. We hard weld the lobes to retain the factory base circle dimension and have our custom profile ground. Our billet main cap kit, the first of its kind offered anywhere, comes in two versions: 2-bolt and 4-bolt assemblies. The 2-bolt kit supports up to 1600bhp, while the 4-bolt kit is rated for 1900bhp. Manufactured in the USA from durable 1045 billet steel with a 4130 chromoly girdle plate, this robust system is engineered to last and enhances engine strength by securely stabilizing the crankshaft assembly.
